    The picture is intermittent on my Philips TV while using an HDMI connection with DIRECTV box model H20-100

    With the‘DirecTV model H20-100' satellite box connected to your TV via HDMI, one of the symptons described below might appear:

    • [Unsupported video format] message appears on the screen
    • Cyclical picture drops
    • No picture at all

    This issue has been resolved in latest firmware version.Please update your set accordingly.

    Updating to the latest SW will solve the problem.

    Go to the [Software] section of the product page for download and details on how to upgrade your set.
