    My mobile phone does not charge while connected

    • Make sure that the iPhone USB charging cable or micro-USB charging cable is connected correctly. SE888 mainly supports single cell charging. If two cell phones are connected to SE888, and if the total battery charging is over the limit, you receive a message. In this case, you need to disconnect one cell phone from battery charging.

    • If you still fail to charge up the cell phone even after you have removed one of the two phones, disconnect all cell phones from battery charging. Reconnect one cell phone only to SE888 and charge it again.

    • SE888 mainly supports iPhone charging and those cell phones that comply with the EU harmonized standard for cell charging. If your cell phone cannot be charged with SE888, it is because your mobile phone does not support the EU harmonized standard.

    • You can find the list of cell phones that SE888 supports for charging in the Charging compatibility list for SE888.pdf which can be found on the CD rom or at http://www.philips.com/support

    • Check and upgrade the OS (operation system) version of your cell phone/iPhone.
