    Bad or no sound from my Philips player

    • Move away from magnetic fields such as those from mobile phones. Magnetic fields can interfere with the sound.
    • If you listen through headphones, wear them as recommended by the manufacturer
    • Make sure the cables (if any) are connected firmly
    • Use only good quality discs that do not have background noise. Try another disc to see if the sound is better.
