    How to check if Philips Universal remote control works?

    Press a button on the remote and check if you see a flashing light on the front of your remote through a digital camera.

    ( the light is invisible to the human eye and can only be detected via a digital camera )

    If the remote indicates a flashing light through the digital camera and your device is still not responding, then there may be a problem with the setup of your remote.

    Please check the user manual or call our contact center for further help.

    If the remote does NOT indicate a flashing light through the digital camera, then you may need new batteries or the remote may be faulty. Please contact our call center for further help with obtaining a replacement unit.
