Troubleshooting

I cannot hear sound from Philips TV when connecting to a DVI accessory device

If you connect a DVI accessory device to the television using a DVI-to-HDMI cable, you must connect the audio left and right output from the accessory device to the 'AV1 AUDIO IN L R' of the television.

Then you need to activate the DVI audio source from the TV on-screen-menu.

  1. Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control.
  2. Press the cursor up/down to select TV MENU and press cursor right.
  3. Press the cursor up/down to select INSTALLATION and press the cursor right.
  4. Press the cursor up/down to select CONNECTIONS and press cursor right.
  5. Press the cursor up/down to select AUDIO IN L/R and press cursor right.
  6. Press the cursor up/down to select HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 and press the 'OK' button.
  7. Press the 'MENU' button to exit the menu.
