    My Philips TV is losing some of the analog channels. The channels were there after initial installation but went missing after turning the TV off then on.

    This is a known software problem which can be solved by upgrading the TV software with the latest version available on the website. Refer to the 'Firmware Upgrade Readme' file posted under the 'Software' category on the website for detailed instructions on how to update your set.
