How to sync audio and video on my Philips theatre?

Upgrade the software in your device. You can download the latest software from here.

Steps to download the software

1. Go to this website here and search for HTS9800W
2. Click the SOFTWARE AND DRIVERS link on the HTS9800W support page.
3. Click the ENGLISH (UK) ZIP-FILE.
4. Click OPEN.
5. Follow the instructions in the (English) read-me file.

The upgrade version of this software is Version 28 and can be used to upgrade Philips HTS9800W to the latest status.

The LIP SYNC feature on the audio set up page in the system menu will be available after upgrading.
