    If your SmartSleep does not turn on when you press the power button, there can be several reasons. Please find out how we can help you.

    The headband does not turn on when the power button is pressed

    Ensure that the headband is charged by plugging it into the wall outlet. The status indicator light will be a solid green if it is fully charged. Ensure that you are pressing the circular power button on top of the headband within the technology enclosure.
