Your headband is not charged
Plug your headband in, to recharge after use.
Your phone needs to be restarted
Turn you phone on and open the app. Have your phone within 3 feet of the device to sync, and the data should display automatically within the app. You need to press the sync button in the app in order to have the data display for your night’s sleep.
