Troubleshooting

I cannot log in into the SleepMapper app

Existing Philips account users may experience Log In errors with the new SleepMapper mobile app or companion app to SmartSleep for iOS and Android. The issue occurs if you previously created a “social media” account with Philips on the Philips website (usa.philips.com), or in other Philips apps that use social login features.

Please create a new Philips account using a different email address.

Your Philips ID was set up for other products in the past

The SleepMapper app requires a unique id and password, you must create a new SleepMapper account.
