You are using the 'Deep Clean' mode
The guided brushing feature does not work if you are using 'Deep Clean' mode on your Sonicare Flexcare Platinum Connected toothbrush. Your toothbrush must be in 'Clean' or 'White' mode in order to use the real-time guidance.
Turn off your toothbrush and switch to 'Clean' or 'White' mode for guided brushing.
