Southwestern Chicken Sliders with Spicy Mayo Airfryer Recipe

These Airfryer Southwestern Chicken Sliders are moist, tender and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Slider
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin Spicy Mayo Ingredients
  • Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (this recipe uses Sriracha)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  • Chicken Slider
  • 1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Form 10 mini patties.
  • 3. Place the patties on a cookie sheet and chill until ready to cook.
  • 4. Heat the Philips Airfryer to 360 degrees.
  • 5. Place the patties in a single layer into the basket of the Airfryer.
  • 6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  • Spicy Mayo
  • 1. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl and top each Southwestern Chicken Slider with about a tablespoon of mayo before serving.
