Roasted Pepper Rolls

Servings 8 persons, Preparation time 25 minutes, Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 2 medium-sized red, yellow and/or orange bell peppers, halved
  • Filling as desired
  • Tapas forks


  • Preheat the airfryer to 390°F.
  • Put the bell peppers in the basket and slide the basket into the airfryer. Set the timer to 10 minutes and roast the peppers until the skin is slightly charred.
  • Halve the bell peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds and the skin.
  • Coat the bell pepper pieces with a filling of your choice and roll them up, starting from the narrowest end.
  • Secure the rolls with tapas forks and put them in a platter.
  • Fillings: Tuna with Red Onion - Drain one tin of tuna in olive oil and mix the tuna with one finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, 2 tablespoons of capers, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Feta with green onion Crumble 3.5 oz Greek feta cheese and mix it with one thinly sliced green onion and 2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano.
  • Anchovy with Capers - Drain a tin of anchovy fillets and finely chop the fillets. Mix the anchovy fillets with one crushed clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped capers, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley and some freshly ground black pepper.
