2 medium-sized red, yellow and/or orange bell peppers, halved
Filling as desired
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
Put the bell peppers in the basket and slide the basket into the airfryer. Set the timer to 10 minutes and roast the peppers until the skin is slightly charred.
Halve the bell peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds and the skin.
Coat the bell pepper pieces with a filling of your choice and roll them up, starting from the narrowest end.
Secure the rolls with tapas forks and put them in a platter.
- Anchovy with Capers
Drain a tin of anchovy fillets and finely chop the fillets. Mix the anchovy fillets with one crushed clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped capers, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley and some freshly ground black pepper.
- Feta with green onion
Crumble 100 g Greek feta cheese and mix it with one thinly sliced green onion and 2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano.
- Tuna with Red Onion
Drain one tin of tuna in olive oil and mix the tuna with one finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, 2 tablespoons of capers, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
