The calculation of liquid on my Philips Pasta Maker is not working correctly
Updated on 08 August 2022
If your Philips Pasta Maker does show how much water or liquid is needed or if the indicated amount of water or liquid is wrong, please read below how to solve this.
The scale has not yet calibrated
- Before filling in the flour into your Pasta Maker, wait until "000" is shown on the display.
Too little or too much flour
- Always pour at least 200g (0.8 cups or 7 oz) but not more than 600g (2.4 cups or 21 oz) of flour into the mixing chamber (for HR2353, HR2354, HR2358 the maximum flour amount is 500 g or 2.0 cups).
If the minimum or maximum weight is too little or too much, the weight will remain flashing on the display.
The lid is not closed properly
- After filling the flour into the Pasta Maker, make sure that lid is closed correctly. Only if the lid is closed correctly, the amount of water will be shown.
