    How do you deliver messages to the patients?
    Patient Engagement Manager is an automated, multi-modal communication platform that uses SMS, email, phone, and paper mailers to reach patients in the most effective way possible.
    How is this different from patient outreach through an EMR?
    One of the main ways we are different from other systems in the market is our ability to personalize and customize patient instructions. We also don’t require your staff to have to manage and log into a new software system because we automate the whole program. EMRs are invaluable, but typical EMR solutions rely on patient portals for engagement, and research suggests that patient portals have an average activation rate of less than 30%1 among patient populations. With a customized outreach program designed to reach patients in their preferred mode of communication, we’ve been able to reach 86%2 of the average patient population.

    What patient volumes and specialties have you dealt with?

    Do you integrate with EMRs?
    Yes! We support bi-directional HL7, FHIR and flat file integrations with any EHR. Our implementation team works with you to design and implement the required interfaces that are set to exchange information on a real time or nightly basis.
    Do you deliver messages in other languages?
    Yes, any and as many as desired.
    Can you message all my patients at once?
    Yes, we offer a message-blast feature that allows you to send the same message to your entire patient population.
    Is this HIPAA compliant?
    Yes, our cloud-based platform is safe, secure and fully HIPAA compliant. We enter into business associate agreements (BAA) with our customers which enables Patient Engagement Manager to engage in ­­communicati­­ons on behalf of care teams.
