Easy to use one spare for coffee beans easy to clean

We absolutely love this machine. It makes great espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos. It is very easy to use and (almost) effortless. Family of (4) and we use it all day long. 6 months so far and no issues to date. Except a learning curve into what jams the coffee grinder. Check the plastic tab above the feeder slot. When beans are stuck in this section, the machine will give you the no coffee bean error.

It was easy to program the different types of coffee. I really like the latte, nice to see the different layers in my coffee cup. Also, easy to clean.

It's is nice to be able to change out the coffee beans tray for a second type of bean. The Sliding bar that closes the hole to allow the trays to be swapped is a little tricky and seems to jam against coffee beans dropping into the grinding area but moving it back and forth a few times seems to free it up. I not a decaf drinker but the bypass that allows preground coffee to be used has worked very well for those cups in the evenings.

I love the fact that you can use whole beans or ground coffee in this unit. It does an excellent job of brewing and love the quick brew buttons and also like the option of hitting it twice and get (2) servings brewed identically. Easy operation and cleaning. All breaks down and pop it in the dishwasher. This is my 3rd Saeco and am very pleased with it and would highly recommend. My Vienna Deluxe is over 15 years old and still works great - giving it to my sister-n-law.

So happy with my purchase! Have been looking for a coffee machine for a long time and purchased this at an excellent price. Very easy to use and cleaning is simple. Only reason I didn’t give this product an excellent rating is because the labels on the unit are not backlit so it is very hard to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very good and extremely easy to use. Makes great cappuccinos with one touch of the button. My only disappointment is that the buttons are not back lit or highlighted. Hard to see in my location without shining flashlight on buttons

When I read the instructions I became afraid that the upkeep of this machine will be complicated. After working with it it actually is quite easy and straightforward to make coffee and perform the maintenance. The only minus is the noise this machine makes during and after any brewing and during self cleaning.

This is a good sturdy machine, it looks great and works well however don’t rely on the instructions provided to get it working properly. Look for blogs or YouTube guidance and you’ll be much better off.

I used to manually froth my milk with another manual machine from Saeco (Talea Touch). The texture of the frothed milk is disappointing... it does not 'stay' light & fluffy for a long time. Once set-up, the Moltio is very easy to use.
