Every year, millions of people celebrate New Years Eve by tuning in to the festivities in Times Square, New York City. This tradition unites people around the world as we watch the Times Square New Year’s Eve Ball descend atop One Times Square and bid farewell to the departing year. Resolutions are made, loved ones are kissed, and celebrations go on with renewed joy and hope for the new year.
Philips is very proud to be the Official Lighting Partner to the Times Square New Year’s Eve Ball, providing the modern lighting technology that makes this 106 year old tradition a brilliant spectacle to remember.
