Philips acquired BioTelemetry, a leading provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring, in early 2021. BioTelemetry’s portfolio delivers the widest range of remote cardiac monitors with a unique cardiac data platform, AI-based data analytics for chronic disease management and clinical trial services.

Will my contact at BioTel change?

In the short term, Philips and BioTelemetry will continue to operate as separate businesses and your primary sales contact will remain your point of contact. There will be no changes to the level of service you come to expect from BioTel Heart,  BioTel Care, BioTel Research or BioTel Alliance. We will inform you well in advance of any changes to your account management that may arise during the integration process. How does BioTelemetry integrate into the Philips portfolio?

Philips’ current portfolio includes real-time patient monitoring, therapeutic devices, telehealth and informatics. Also, Philips has an advanced and secure cloud-based Philips HealthSuite digital platform optimized for the delivery of healthcare across care settings. Every year, Philips’ integrated solutions monitor around 300 million patients in hospitals, as well as around 10 million sleep and respiratory care patients in their own homes.
