Leadership and clinical support
Our clinical consultants can assist with reconfiguring space and creating alternative care areas as well as supporting command/logistics centers, disaster tents, mass/field triage sites, disaster management, and more. Our teams can also review safety plans, share industry guidelines, and advise on improvement opportunities.
Data analytics and dashboards
Analytics consulting and custom performance dashboards provide data-driven insights on patient volume, scheduling, flow, room utilization, and more including COVID-19 data such as patients presenting with symptoms, confirmed diagnosis, patient origin mapping, and trends. Demand and capacity management
Imaging, cardiovascular, and surgical services need to provide an efficient and cautious approach to addressing the backlog of elective procedures. Our clinical consultants can help with demand and capacity planning and share recommendations based on predictive modeling to support varying demand and help rethink care delivery going forward.
Facility and site reconfiguration guidance
Our clinical and design consultants can support planning for new or temporary healthcare sites and the reconfiguration of existing facilities to care for COVID-19 needs. Services include equipment/supplies validation*, capacity planning, clinical workflow, patient flow design, staffing models, and more. *Equipment validation will be according to the appropriate OEM specification and/or applicable requirements.
ED process optimization
Our team can help lead programs to increase triage process efficiency and overall ED workflow, reduce wait times, and address issues with crowding. Consultants can provide onsite interim leadership to manage ED staff and help with change management.
Critical care process optimization
Review of clinical workflow, processes, and technology including ventilators and monitoring devices to implement best practices in Critical Care, telemetry, and other inpatient areas. Consultants can also support the expanded use of eICUs, Central Monitoring Units, and clinical operations centers.
