Effectively removing leads depends on tools that provide safety, control, and efficiency. When a laser is used for lead extraction, over 99.5% of patients are free from SVC-related complications [1]. GlideLight Laser Sheath only ablates where the sheath touches tissue [2], and provides a high degree of control during lead extraction, with efficient advancement to ease lead removal [3,4].

When lead removal is the right choice for a patient, the Lead Locking Device (LLD) provides the flexibility and traction needed for safe lead removal. LLD combines the best of the original LLD family and enhanced tip design with ease-of-use features to provide a flexible traction solution for leads targeted for removal.

With TightRail, flexibility meets unparalleled control. The tool’s flexible shaft helps physicians remain coaxial to the lead. The unique shaft technology maintains forward progression through tortuous vasculature. The dilating blade remains shielded until activated, putting physicians in control and allowing counter-traction at the targeted lead’s distal tip.

A tear in the superior vena cava (SVC) during a lead extraction procedure is rare, occurring in less than 0.5% of cases. [1] But when a tear does occur, every second counts. Bridge Plus Occlusion Balloon deploys in less than 2 minutes [2], stops up to 90% of blood loss [3] and maintains acceptable hemostasis for at least 30 minutes [4] giving you time to stabilize your patient and transition to surgery.

TightRail Sub-C is specifically designed for the challenges of the subclavian region, including vessel entry when fibrosis and calcium are present.
