DRF digital radiography and nearby fluoroscopy solution
The ProxiDiagnost N90 Premium bundle is designed for institutions wanting to perform both high-quality fluoroscopy procedures, as well as radiography examinations in the room with high patient throughput, thanks to two radiography detectors. The bundle is composed of a fluoroscopy table, including X-ray tube, dynamic detector, and Bucky tray for a SkyPlate wireless detector, as well as a vertical stand with large, fixed detector, and a ceiling suspended second tube for radiography exposures at the table or the vertical stand.

Features
Eleva Tube Head¹ - Patient centered work
When equipped with a ceiling suspension ProxiDiagnost N90 features the intuitive Eleva Tube Head, a modern smart touch interface in the examimation room. It allows the user to quickly change the most vital parameters for rad imaging directly at the tube head. The Eleva Tube Head offers an optional live camera image for improved positioning support.
Eleva Tube Head¹ - Patient centered work
Grid-Controlled Fluoroscopy (GCF) - Fully automatic dose adjustment
GCF is an exclusive Philips technology of pulsed fluoroscopy, providing superb image quality at low dose. Reduction of soft radiation is achieved by the use of a grid-switch mechanism in the X-ray tube. Moreover, X-ray parameters kV, mA and time are controlled automatically and in real time within each single pulse (in-pulse control).
Grid-Controlled Fluoroscopy (GCF) - Fully automatic dose adjustment
Digital Subtraction Angiography¹ - High quality vessel imaging
With Philips Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA), blood vessels can be visualized at UNIQUE image quality. Automatic examination pre-sets support a smooth and efficient workflow in angiography examinations.

  • mShield Compact network firewall
Philips mShield protects the system from potential malicious software attacks within the hospital network. It decouples the modality from the network and creates a secure environment. By restricting traffic to only authorized devices, mShield acts to prevent malicious activity directed from the modality to unrelated devices on your hospital network. Once installed it requires almost no maintenance or update. Philips mShield is always recommended if the system becomes part of a hospital network.

  • SkyFlow Plus AI-powered scatter correction
To avoid extensive scatter radiation on images, an anti-scatter grid is sometimes used, typically for anatomies such as chest, abdomen or pelvis. With SkyFlow, Philips presents an innovation and exciting way to enhance image quality for all anatomies where grid was recommended without applying an anti-scatter grid. Such as Abdomen, Chest, Knee, Pelvis, Shoulder. The SkyFlow functionality is especially suitable for bariatric patients. Once the license is installed at the system, it does not need a single technologist interaction and is automatically applied on images.

  • Second laser for fixed SID Second laser for fixed SID
Adjusting quickly and precisely the source-image distance for a particular projection is important to achieve optimal image quality. That’s why this second laser integrated into the ceiling suspension’s collimator is extremely valuable, providing a simple and visual feedback to the technologist if the source-image distance is correct, without needing to measure the distance manually. The second laser complements the first one in the collimator, making two parallel laser lines visible on the table. Adjusting the tube up & down changes the distance between these lines and the correct source-image distance is achieved when both lines are overlapping and only one line is visible.
