Centralizes medications for greater dispensing adherence

The locked dispenser, with a pre-loaded refill cartridge filled with unit-dose medication packs, reminds your chronic disease patients to dispense two to four weeks’ worth of medications at pre-scheduled times. Pre-loaded medication refills are delivered directly to patients’ homes from a mail-order pharmacy.

Feedback helps create the optimal medication plan

When it is time to take medications, the in-home medication dispenser prompts patients to dispense their medications at pre-scheduled times with audible and visual alerts. By alerting providers and pharmacists about missed or late doses, the dispenser delivers actionable insights that can help provide prompt intervention and support for non-adherent patients.

Enables patient-centered medication plans

The medication adherence application gives missed-dose alerts to caregivers and families, allowing them to intervene with patients when needed. The application also provides transparency to patients’ prescription lists, helping families and caregivers provide appropriate medication oversight. Personalized time alert settings also engage patients in their own well-being.

Easy refills delivered to a patient’s door

The medication adherence device relies on pharmacies reconciling all patient medications and delivering pre-filled refills with unit dose packs of medication directly to patients’ homes. Patients or caregivers simply insert the pre-filled medication refill into the medication dispensing device for monitored medication dispensing at pre-scheduled times. Refills contain two to four weeks’ worth of medications.
