    What is Philips Professional Oral Care Connect?

    Philips Professional Oral Care Connect is an online store through which dental professionals can offer their patients direct access to a unique portfolio of Philips oral care products and solutions at exclusive prices. Patients can view their dental professional recommended products and order them directly from the Philips website to get them delivered to their door. Professional Oral Care Connect makes it simple for dental professionals to get their personalized home care recommendations to become part of their patients’ everyday routines. 

    How does Professional Oral Care Connect work?

    Once a dental practice signs up to join the program, they receive a unique QR code & link to the Philips ordering website to share with their patients through the online platform. Patients use this unique QR code or link to view their dental professional recommended products and order them directly from the Philips website.
     

    Patients have two options for purchase:

    1. Buy products upfront with a 1-time payment
    2. Subscribe via monthly payments. The subscription includes a Philips Sonicare toothbrush and new brush head delivery every 3 months. Patients can cancel their subscription anytime.

     

    Patients can also sign up for only a Sonicare brush head subscription to receive a new Sonicare brush head every 3 months.

     

    Philips directly bills and ships products to the patients which are delivered to their door in approximately five business days. Patients have a 90-day return and refund policy, 2-year warranty on Sonicare toothbrush handles and free shipping on orders over $25. When patients buy or subscribe using their dental practice specific link, the dental practice earns a 10% reward from Philips on the sale.

    How can I send product recommendations to my patients?

    After you sign up at www.philips.com/ProOralCareConnect there are 2 ways to recommend Philips oral care products to your patients:
     

    1. Recommend the entire Philips Sonicare Dental professional collection:
      You can access your practice specific QR code on the homepage of the online platform. Patients can scan this QR code with their smartphone and sign up to receive a text message with a link to the Philips patient ordering website.

    2. Recommend a specific Sonicare toothbrush or brush head:
      You can access the QR code for a specific Sonicare toothbrush or brush head from the product detail page on the online platform. Patients can scan this QR code with their smartphone and sign up to receive a text message with a link to the Philips patient ordering website for the specific toothbrush or brush head.

    How can patients purchase Philips oral care products per my recommendations?

    Once a dental practice signs up to join the program, they can share a unique QR code & link to the Philips ordering website with their patients through the online platform. Patients can scan this QR code with their smartphone to sign up and receive an automated text message with a link to the Philips patient ordering website. Patients use this link to view their dental professional recommended products and order them directly from the Philips website. Philips directly bills and ships products to patients in approximately five business days.

    How do I earn rewards?

    When patients buy or subscribe per your recommendation using the unique link or QR code from your practice, you will earn a 10% commission on every payment made by the patient.

    How do I receive my rewards?

    You can track commission payments online through your Philips Professional Oral Care Connect account. Your funds  resulting from commission payments, will directly deposit to your bank account of choice. You can set up and manage your bank account details in Settings section of your Philips Professional Oral Care Connect account.
     
    1. Commissions are payable in the month following the month in which the order was shipped to the patient.
    2. Commissions from the previous month will be deposited in your account by the 15th of the following month
    3. In order for a withdrawal to be completed, and payment to be made to your bank account, the available funds must be above a set minimum amount of $30 USD.

    Who can sign up for Professional Oral Care Connect?

    A dental practice can sign up for Professional Oral Care Connect with a valid business license and a dental professional license registered in the US.
     

    Program accounts are established at the practice level (1 account per dental office). Practice owner or office admin can invite the staff members to the recommendation platform using their email addresses.

    I am a registered dental hygienist. Can I open my own account with my professional license number?

    At this time, Professional Oral Care Connect is not available for individual sign-up. Program accounts are established at the practice level. Practice owner or office admin can invite the staff members to the recommendation platform using their email addresses.

    How can I sign up for Professional Oral Care Connect?

    What happens after I sign up?

    After you sign up online on the Professional Oral Care Connect recommendation platform:
     

    1. You will receive a confirmation email from us - we review and accept your application within 2 business days.
    2. Once your application is approved by Philips, you receive a welcome email with a link to login to the platform.

    How can I access Professional Oral Care Connect after I have signed up?

    You can Log in to your account to set up, view and manage your account details, commissions and payments.
