Description
DLA Troop Support manages the ID/IQ contract for DIN PACS systems and components that meet minimum essential characteristics, as well as documentation, training, maintenance service, and incidental services related to the digital environment for imaging within federally funded medical facilities.
Can be purchased
Provide DIN-PACS systems to all DoD facilities as well as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other federal government facilities.
Authority to issue delivery orders
DIN-PACS III contracts may be used to issue purchase orders for any federally funded medical facility. Both the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support and the VA National Acquisition Center will be able to place orders for any of their federal government customers. Orders may be issued for individual hospitals or for entire regions/VISNS (Veterans Integrated Service Networks).
