MR Disposables Update

Philips is notifying customers in the USA on challenges that we are experiencing in the delivery of certain products in our MR coil disposable portfolio. A list of all impacted products can be found by clicking here.

These challenges have led to delays in shipments and shortages of our product at customer sites. We understand the impact that this can have on your organization, and more importantly, your ability to provide care for your patients. Philips takes this issue very seriously, and a dedicated team is working to address the situation as quickly as possible.

The delays have been caused by several factors. We regret the impact this is making on your operations.

The impacted products in our MR coil disposable portfolio have now been released for shipment in the USA. Shipments are continuing and backorder times are decreasing. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
