Philips Sonicare Dental+ is a digital oral care solution with the goal of improving oral care and overall health. We use proven behavior change methods and innovative technology to bring you a personalized experience, with tips and guidance to help you implement positive brushing habits – working toward a healthier mouth and a healthier you.

What does the Philips Sonicare Dental+ offering include?

You’ll get a connected Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9300 toothbrush and premium plaque control brush head. You will also get access to an exclusive behavior change app full of insights, guidance, and brushing recommendations. The offering also includes a complementary brush head subscription – you’ll get a new brush head delivered right to your door every 3 months, so you’ll always get an optimal clean.

Additionally, you’ll be able to order a Philips Sonicare For Kids toothbrush for dependents between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. It comes with a fun app that teaches kids brushing techniques and habits that will last a lifetime. The Sonicare For Kids toothbrush is available in two color choices, pink or blue, and 8 stickers for a customized look. 

Who is eligible to receive a toothbrush?

Plan subscribers are eligible to order one (1) Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart
9300 toothbrush and a Philips Sonicare for Kids Toothbrush for dependents between
the ages of 5 and 12 years old.

Is there a cost associated with this offering?

There is no cost to eligible members.

If I order multiples toothbrushes, will I receive them in one package?

Each toothbrush will be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping notification including tracking number after placing your order.

How does the brush head replenishment work?

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends replacing your toothbrush every 3 months, as the clinical efficacy reduces with frayed bristles. The brush head replenishment subscription is automatically included for eligible members You will receive a quarterly shipment of one brush head at no charge. Adults will receive a Premium Plaque Control brush head and children will receive a Sonicare For Kids brush head. 

Why should I download the Sonicare mobile app and what does it track?

The mobile app helps evaluate how you brush and how you can improve your brushing habits. The mobile app tracks your dental brushing via sensors on the brush head. The information from the toothbrush is relayed to the app and helps guide you to get a complete clean.


The app tracks your dental brushing as you use the smart toothbrush. It will monitor your individual brushing duration, brushing frequency, pressure, scrubbing intensity, mouth coverage via a 3D mouth map and more! You’ll also receive helpful tips to improve your brushing technique and overall oral health. To learn more about how data may be used, review the user agreement.

How do I download the app for my Sonicare DiamondClean Smart toothbrush?

A special QR code will be included in the box with your Sonicare toothbrush. You will use this QR code to download the exclusive app.

Once the app is installed on your smartphone or tablet, use your program code to unlock full access to the program. Your program code is 258348.

Please note: You cannot download the app directly from the Google Play store or the Apple App store. When setting up the app and logging in for the first time, please refer to the additional instructions included in your starter kit. 

How do I download the app for my Sonicare For Kids toothbrush?

The Sonicare For Kids app can be downloaded directly from the Google Play or Apple App stores. You do not need a QR code or program code to download the Sonicare For Kids app.
