To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, sign-up via sweepstakes landing page on Philips.com using your first name, last name and email address. Entrants must use a valid email address and be the active holder of the email address for entry to be counted. Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person into the Promotion. Entrant must not use more than one (1) email address to enter Sweepstakes. If an entrant is suspected of using multiple email addresses, any entries received by such means will be void. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Start/End Dates at 11:59:59pm EST on July 29nd, 2020. The winners will be chosen on or around August 3rd, 2020. 3. Eligibility. Participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older as of date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Philips Personal Health, a division of Philips North America LLC (“Sponsor”), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter. You are not authorized to participate in the Promotion if you are not located within the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. 4. Random Drawing/Odds. Four winners will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. A winner may not get the prize that they indicated they would prefer to win at the time of entering the Promotion. Prize allocation is at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 5. Prizes Each of the four winners will be allowed to select their prize from one of the five summer collection prize packs worth up to $1200. Each winner will only be allowed to select one prize pack. Summer collection prize pack options include: Prizes are non- transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners. 6. Notification. The potential winners will receive an email from a Philips rep stating that they are eligible for a prize in this sweepstakes and will receive direction to reply to the email with their mailing address. The potential winners will be required to respond to the message within 72 hours of receipt. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to complete and respond to the email message within the required time period, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Promotion rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another selected entrant. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. 7. Conditions.
