    My Philips Community for Professionals

    An online community where Philips customers can learn from each other and find actionable information 

    Philips imaging users around the globe can join My Philips Community for Professionals to find contributions from other customers and Philips experts, and to share their own experiences and add comments. After joining, you have – at any time – access to content that matters and often cannot be found elsewhere. As a Community member, you can also share your own knowledge, ask questions and review previous Q&A. 

    My Philips Community membership is free and available to Philips healthcare imaging users.

    Creating an account

    Registration 

    Click on the “Request access” button to request your free Community account. We use this information to identify you as a Philips customer. 

    Review 

    A member of the Community support team will review your information and set up your account. 

    Confirmation 

    Look for an email within a few days with confirmation and instructions to activate your account and set password.

    Frequently asked questions

    It is a global, digital Community where members can find and share information that was submitted by our customers and by Philips. Members can give comments on contributions and ask questions to Philips experts. The Community is exclusively for Philips customers using imaging systems. 

    Go to: www.my.philips.com

    After login you see a general landing page. Enter the Community, select the section Medical imaging to view all MRI, CT, Ultrasound and DXR content. You can navigate to a subtopic, you can use the filtering on the right to narrow down, or you can use the Search bar on top to find what you are looking for.     
     

    In some ways it is, but there are significant differences. NetForum used to focus on CT and MRI content only, most of its content was publicly accessible, and it had over 35.000 registered members. In My Philips Community for Professionals more modalities are represented, more interaction is possible, and access is restricted to registered Philips customers and Philips employees.   

    You will find relevant and up-to-date content related to CT, MRI, DXR and Ultrasound, with MRI taking the largest share. 

    The Community is exclusively for Philips customers. It is a global Community with members from the five continents.

    It may take a few days until you receive an email invitation to activate your account and set your password. After completing that, you can login at any time. 

    It helps when you fill in the requested information on the registration form as completely as possible. For instance, provide the complete name of your facility (no acronym), preferably use your work email address, fill in the name of a Philips contact person that you know (and who knows you and your facility). 

    No it’s not. My Philips for Professionals (MyP4P) is a digital platform hosting several applications, and the Community (My Philips Community for Professionals) is one of these applications. Having access to this Community does not automatically enable access to other applications and the other way around. 

    You can engage by reacting to existing content items, by submitting your own experiences and expertise and by asking a question.
