Registration for affected CPAP and BiPAP devices in the US and Canada closed on December 31, 2024. The Patient Portal will remain open for registered US patients until June 30, 2025.

Philips Respironics will not accept new registrations for affected CPAP and BiPAP devices in the US after December 31, 2024. If you registered a device prior to the end of 2024, please check the US Patient Portal to take any necessary steps in receiving your replacement device as soon as possible. The US Patient Portal will remain open for anyone who has registered in order to track status, change shipping address etc. until June 30, 2025. 

I have not registered my device yet. Is it too late?

 

Yes, the registration portal opened June 2021 and closed on December 31, 2024. 

I have a question regarding the close of registration. Who can I reach out to?

 

If you have questions on the close of registration, please contact CPAPRecallClosure@philips.com and provide your name, phone number, affected device serial number and your specific question. Failure to provide necessary information will delay our ability to respond.

I’ve already registered my affected CPAP/ BiPAP device but have not yet received my replacement device or financial payment. What should I do?

 

Please log into the Patient Portal where you will find the actions you must take to receive your replacement device. We urge you to do this as soon as possible as the Patient Portal will close on June 30, 2025.

Will I be able to access the US Patient Portal after June 30, 2025?

 

No, the Patient Portal will close on June 30, 2025 and users will be unable to log-in. If you have any elections to make, please ensure you do so as soon as possible. Additionally, please make sure you have a current email address and shipping address on file so you are able to receive notifications when Philips Respironics has processed your order and when your replacement device has been shipped.

How do I update my email address in the Patient Portal prior to closure?

 

Please click on the “update my contact information” button within the Patient Portal as soon as possible so you can receive notifications when Philips Respironics has processed your order and when your replacement device has been shipped.

I have not made my election yet, how can I do so?

 

Please log into the Patient Portal as soon as possible and take any necessary steps so you can receive your replacement device as soon as possible.

I do not need to register but I do need to return an affected device.

 

Affected devices can be returned to Philips Respironics at no charge. Please contact CPAPRecallClosure@philips.com, and provide your name, affected device serial number and your specific question, failure to provide necessary information will delay our ability to respond.
