Philips has been named one of Becker’s Healthcare’s 165 “Top Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2026, a recognition that highlights organizations making a meaningful difference for their employees and communities.
The annual list honors hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that prioritize employee development, listen actively to their teams, provide flexible work environments, and offer competitive benefits. Becker’s notes that these organizations distinguish themselves through holistic support for employees, including wellness initiatives, professional growth opportunities and cultures rooted in connection and balance.
Of the 165 honored companies, Philips was one of 50 healthcare companies recognized, with the other 115 honorees being hospitals and health systems. Organizations were selected based on nominations and editorial research.
