4000 series LED-LCD TV

I've always used Philips products. I had no issues with this TV.

Have not had time to master the additional features. Had to make one call to tech support during setup, issue was satisfactorily resolved.

This a good inexpensive TV. The sound on the device is very poor. I have to turn the volume almost all the way up when watching most programming. I have played with all the sound presets. It would be nice to be able to mess with the equalizer individually. This is a "smart" tv, but I can't update or add apps to the device. Most of the apps that were included on it are out of date and will not allow me to update them.

this product has a great picture and easy to set up

This TV in my opinion has a great picture and sound. I'm having some problems connecting with devices update feature, and there are several apps on the TV that do not work at all or they say feature is no longer available. Apps like VUDU, Netflix, and Youtube work great. The rest of the apps seem like bloatware to me. Hopefully an update will fix these issues.

A built in DVD player is needed. Small space living is very common! It will be very popular. My 13 inch tube tv with the built in VCR is still working!!!

AV channel doesn’t work. Great otherwise! Sry I just need to reach char limit

1. Walmart sales told me it would connect with Amazon and we cannot. 2. We have problem with sound..it is much lower on movies and other extra viewing and the sound on sound effects increased dramatically affecting listening comfort and it is hard to turn volume down for the effects and then we have to boost volume up to hear normal speech.

The sound on this TV is not good. You have to turn it way up to 32 or higher. Have had it for 5 months and it turns on by itself in the middle of the night - TV is in our bedroom, so now I have to unplug it by the wall every night. Updated software - will see what happens tonight. I won't recommend this TV.

As others have mentioned the sound is so awful I was trying to watch a movie last night I just bought the TV first movie,I could not hear a word the people were saying in the movie however when the music and the action started it was so loud all I was doing throughout the whole movie was turning it up or turning it down! Now as for it being a smart TV..That it is not!!! it says hundreds of apps, wrong it’s only their few pre-installed apps. I love Amazon and there’s no way to put it on the TV it comes preinstalled with stupid apps that I would never use except for Netflix.Very disappointed!
