Philips Norelco Shaver 1100Dry electric shaver, Series 1000

I used a similar Norelco shaver for over 25 years. It finally gave out on me so I bought a new model 1,000 this week. It is everything the old one was giving a smooth comfortable shave. I recommend these Norelco shavers over the Brauns I used in the 80's. The Norelco 1100 is nicely priced, quiet and works great.

This corded shaver is very smooth, quiet, and gentle, since the blade mechanism flexes and bends with the contours of your face. It does not produce razor burn, so it works well.

I used to use electric razors, but last yea switched to blades. Enough of that. I wanted a good basic razor, and the 1100 is perfect for my needs. Being able to rinse it clean in the sink (UNPLUGGED) is an excellent feature. I used it twenty minutes after delivery, and am quite happy with the results.

I tried to modify my registration and sent you an email but you registered my shaving machine as 6900/41 while it is really S1150. Could you solve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Your inst book needs to be corrected. .. it TELLS ME TO GO TO PAGE 12 FOR TRIMMING INST , THERE IS NOTHING ON PAGE 12 ABOUT TRIMMING..

A local store advertised this basic shaver as a before Christmas special. I already own a rechargeable Norelco shaver and am not pleased with its performance. This plug in electric model works very well. Being a low cost, no frills model, there is no pop up trimmer. Other than that, this shaver odes the job and I would recommend it if you don't need a trimmer and/or the rechargeable capability. I was a bit surprised this shaver was made in China instead of the Netherlands. Given the price point at which this sells, perhaps I shouldn't have been.

Love the ease of operation and the closeness of shave.

I one am extremely satisfied with my new Phillips Electric Razor. I have had this same product for many years and I keep going back for more of the same. It is just as cheap to buy a new electric razor each time instead of new blades because the cost is the same.

I was amazed at how quickly the Norelco 6900LC that I recently purchased gave a smooth, clean shave. I find it more efficient than using the blade, which I won't go back to.
