[Employee of philipsglobal] So much better than ice packs and heating pads. I like the multiple treatments available and the ease of making adjustments via my phone. Just ordered my 2nd set of pads after many, many treatments. Completely satisfied with the pain management relief capabilities.

I'm surprised that Phillips states each pad has up to 20 uses in them until replacements are required, I could not get more than 5 from mine. The pads were very sticky at the beginning, being very hard to remove from their plastic backing. I followed the instructions to clean the skin prior to using the pads, and the pads held firm for the first few treatments. I was able to move while wearing and they held firm with the TENS unit attached to them. However, this did not last as long as on the 5th treatment the pads would fall off from the treatment area. I had to work with gravity to keep them on after that. I'm disappointed that the number of uses are so low, given I followed the preparation and care advice for the pads.
