    There are empty files in my Philips PMC center

    An empty file will be generated by the PMC each time when you power off the device in the middle of recording.

    Please upgrade your PMC with the latest firmware on the support site. Refer to the FAQs “How do I upgrade my Portable Media Center with the latest firmware?” for detail on how to do the firmware upgrade.
