PC does not boot up when Philips HDD is connected

This problem is caused by a setting in the BIOS.
Most motherboards offer the option to boot up the computer using a USB device.
Disabling this function will solve the problem.Please read the user manual of your PC to find out how to disable this function.
With most modern computers, the BIOS menu can be accessed by pressing the 'Del' key, F1 key or F10 key at startup.
