Headphones are not working when connected to my Philips TV

Headphones volume might be set too low.

1. Press 'MENU' button on remote control.
2. Press the cursor right and down to select SOUND.
3. Press cursor right and down to select HEADPHONE VOLUME.
4. Press cursor right.
5. If the headphone volume is to high or to low, press the cursor up or down to adjust volume level.
6. Press the 'MENU' button to exit the menu.
