    How to use activity mode?

    Published on 2017-05-18

The Philips health watch can help you gain insight into your activity level by providing several important indicators: calorie burn, steps, active minutes, time spent sedentary, heart rate and heart rate zones. The device can automatically recognize walking, running, and cycling, and start and stop tracking automatically for these activities. You can also stop and start measurements by selecting the activity mode, in the main menu.

If you want to start your activity manually, you can tap the 'play icon' on the walking, running, or cycling screens in activity mode. You can stop or pause the activity when desired.

During your activity you can see information about the activity: the activity duration, your current heart rate, heart rate zone, number of calories burned, and steps taken (in case of walking or running).

The information on this page applies to the following models: DL8791/00 , DL8791/50 .
