Before speaker setup, make sure your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, NOT the 5GHz network. Then proceed with the set up steps on SpeakerSet App.

Tip: After setting up the speaker, you may switch the mobile device back to the 5GHz Wi-Fi network if you want to.
