What is pixel plus and how to turn on pixel plus demo mode in my Philips TV?
Pixel plus creates a near high definition performance inside the TV on the basis of a regular input signal. The number of lines are increased and the number of pixels on a line are doubled. As such, pixel plus enhances both regular broadcast signals and DVD input towards unparalleled sharpness and depth.
Press the [Pixel plus] button on the remote to activate the demo.
The TV screen is divided into two parts. In the left part pixel plus is turned off, in the right part these options are turned on.
Press the [Pixel plus] button on the remote again to switch the demo off.
Press the [Menu] button on the remote control.
Press the cursor [Right] to [Picture].
Press the cursor [Down] to [Digital options].
Press the cursor [Right].
Press the cursor [Up] or [Down] to [Pixel plus].
Press the [Menu] button on the remote to exit the menu.
Note: Pixel plus is not active when MULTI SCREEN, TELETEXT, NEXTVIEW or TELETEXT DUAL SCREEN are selected.
