5704 series Android TV

Because I believe in the Philips brand, so far it hasn't let me down.

Loving my 75” so far. Great quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great app selections. See photos and video. Even has a great flat, lightweight remote.

Bought this on a cyber Monday sale and as a TV is is a theater experience. Two months of daily use and working fine (do have it on a UPS to control spikes). Remote lacked a keypad for OTA so bought one on Amazon that did. Need external device for Roku or Spectrum access. So far is a great TV and why I bought it.

THIS IS A SUPER NICE TV, WE HAVE HAD FOR 6 MONTHS AND NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, WAY MORE OPTIONS YOU COULD EVER EXPECT FROM A TV, AT THIS PRICE POINT!!!!!!!!!

I am 61 yrs old and I was able to get it unpacked and set up with no issues. I synced it with my cell phone so it used my cell phone settings to connect to my router. It was just that easy. I had this out of the box, connected to my DVD and surround system and up and running in an hour. I still can't figure out how to get google play store to search or if I can search the web but I will get there. Would have preferred a sleep button on the remote. I don't like having to go through settings to set the sleep timer. Crystal clear picture and sound. Highly recommend!

Every since ive had my tv it plays perfectly fine with a beautiful screen picture and High definition quality. I love it

ref 75PFL5704/F7 Am somthing of a technophile and have had quite a few TVs. Have been wanting to replace my 55" 2010 1080p with something a bit more advanced. Have also had a lot of Philips products over the years (even though this is licensed and made in Mexico). I find the picture very good and at 11 feet away do not need glasses. Figures appear life sized. Is the closest to a theater I've seen. Not sure I appreciate 4k since few media exist. Connecting to the rest of my system has been "interesting" in that the remote control is paultry and lacks a keypad (with over 70 OTA channels, going to a particular one is difficult, is a better remote available ?). Also while the connections are adequate, some are missing and I had to make adapters to connect the audio to my amplifier through the headphone jack - one reason I bought this device was for the headphone jack) - and to connect an older device that had a component (five RCA plugs) output. Composite (single yellow video plug) is limited to 480p. There is also no single button for input selection, it takes multiple keystrokes to change. But these are more annoyances and just dropped on star, am sure as I learn more (bluetooth keyboard maybe ?) the functionality will improve. Just a suggestion but for input and channel selection, page up/page down would be nice. Finally, enen though there is an optical audio output connection, I have not been able to make it work eiter with an RCA adapter or direct connection to my amp. Selecting Digital on the speaker menu does nothing. Am I missing something ?
