Philips Norelco Beardtrimmer 1100Beard trimmer, Series 1000

I bought this beard trimmer because another trimmer of mine finally gave up on me the day of a wedding that I was attending. So I located the nearest store that sold Philips products and I was a quick buyer. Not because I needed just anything to trim my beard but because Philips is a reputable company that makes and is number one year after year. I’d like to add that while opening my box with my trimmer inside, I found a very sleek and lightweight designed product. It came with 4 trimming attachments, a brush and oil. No need to look for specific clips when you have the ability to adjust beard trim lengths with the push of a finger on the clip. Nice even trim with no snagging or pulling on hairs is a plus! I highly recommend this product “Series 1100” to anybody. Thanks Philips, you have my two thumbs up!!!

I have only used it 5 or 6 times but from my perspective it is a powerful little machine and I would say it is as good as any trimmer used by professional hair cutters. I have only charged it once and weeks later when I used it, it is as if just charged. I do wish it had come with some instructions on beard trimming. I actually took it to my hair cutter and asked her how to use it. She showed my how to set it for a light trimming or a heavy trimming. Nonetheless, I came away with only minor confidence in how to use it so I guess experience is what will make me a pro. The long and short of it is< I like it I recommend it.

this product is very easy to use. You have the option of multiple settings to trim your beard the way you want. Definitely would recommend thisproduct.

I've been using the Philips Norelco 1000 series beard trimmer for just under a year. The product is basic, but provides the ability to quickly adjust for precise, desired trim length. Lightweight and reasonably easy to transport and travel with, this trimmer can cover all of your basic needs. The only issue I've found is that the stated 30-minute run time on a full charge is a bit optimistic. That should be reduced by about 1/3. My beard is neither particularly long (6mm) nor particularly tough, but after covering all the bases (<10 minutes of run time), the unit's "full" charge is clearly burdened a bit.
