Could do better
The radio clock is barely readable at night and during the day, this is not a product that is easy program and use. Radio station reception is poor. This product could have been designed better.

Poor design, worse customer service
The design flaws on this product are numerous. Buttons are in inconvenient locations and it seems no one thought through this in the design phase. Functionally, it is deficient as the radio could not pull in any stations clearly, and I live right in metropolitan Baltimore, so definitely not the boonies. When I called the company to explain the issue the phone receptionist was rude and told me I could not return the product, only exchange it for another, identical, poorly designed product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
