Good results

I have had this done twice a year and half apart. The second application really made a difference. However my teeth are very sensitive (I knew this) and I have pain with this. It lasts about 24 hours. The first 6-12 hours I have extreme pain (a 9 out of 10) and by 24 hours I'm down to a 2. I have not been using toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I wish I had done that. Other than that, I took Advil and I don't know what else I could have done. If your teeth are not ultra sensitive I would recommend this.
