If it was possible to -star rating, I would. I encourage you to please purchase charging cable. This charger worked for about 30 days. I tried various outlets, power strips and blocks, nothing worked to get this charger to work. Another let down from a once trusted product brand Philips

I bought the charging wire it worked about 5 times then will not work anymore. I threw out receipt so I cant return. Waste of money.

This product is pretty expensive, and it broke so easily. The tip of the charger broke off so quickly. Totally not worth it!

Bad product and customer service. I bought 4 of these10 months ago, used each of them maybe 5-10 times in normal environments (my bedroom, home office, hotel) and all are now not working. I tested the cables with multiple charging blocks and outlets to confirm the cable is the problem. I then spent 20 minutes looking for a warranty contact on Philips' website for this product, finally sent a message through the Philips website and eventually got an email back saying I contacted the wrong warranty department and gave me a Jasco phone number to call. I'd rather not have to spend who knows how long on the phone trying to get this resolved.
