It works fine. They are not built for a lifetime of use. Depending on how much use they get, first they become noisy, and need to be replaced in its entirety shortly thereafter, as by thit time it won't cut. I buy a new one just about annually, and sometimes register them here. The cutter and foil wear out, and there are no replacement parts for this series of personal trimmers. When parts are found online, they work out to be more expensive than purchasing a new one. Images will not enhance this review.

Received as a gift. Sorry to say its hard to clean hair all over and it sticks to handle which is to small in my opinion, more time cleaning unit then trimming mustache. Had an old model MC-22 for years did a great job and was large enough to hold in my hand. and was easy to clean. would not buy this model again.
