I received an Energy Light from Phillips in exchange for completing a product review. The first thing that I noticed was the box was packed well and there was not a lot of wasted space. That is a nice change from products that are in an oversized box so you think the product may be larger than it truly is. The light itself was very easy to use and operate. It is compact enough to fit on a small table or desk without taking up much room, but that does not take away from the quality and functionality. The only thing I did not enjoy about the light is that I found it to be extremely bright. I was hoping I could work my way up to the brightness and I was getting used to it. It was too bright for my likeness but I know that others will find that very helpful.

I received this item in exchange for my honest review. I have been using this for many months now. I work from home and sometimes don't get to go outside as much as I like. I always started my morning using the energy light and noticed a positive change in my mornings. I'm looking forward to using it more in the very hot summer months where I live. Often times we stay inside to avoid the months of scorching triple digits. When I first got the light I was not expecting how bright it was so I had to put it on a shelf or further away until I got use to it. I liked to do my morning stretching and meditation with just the energy light on and found it made my day a lot better than on days I didn't use it in my morning routines. Overall I would recommend the Phillips Energy Light for anyone in the market for one.

My Fiancé has Sundowning disease and truly needs Sunlight to manage his severe symptoms of anger, lethargy, anxiety, depression etc etc. I bought this light a few weeks ago at the beginning of January. We live in the Midwest. It is very easy to use and does truly seem to help him. It is certainly worth the minimum expense. Thank you for the opportunity to comment and help other spouses.

I have received the Energy Light in exchange for a review. At first I will have to admit I was pretty skeptical about it. I did not expect it to actually work. I like the design and the size. It doesn`t take up too much space. It`s very easy to use. I am pretty busy and rarely have spare time. But with the fall months making me extra tired I gave it a try and I was really impressed that I could actually feel a difference with regular use. I would definitely recommend the product.

I received a free sample of Phillips goLTE BLU. I would like to say that I used this product for around 10 days during which the days were shortening during fall season so days were dull. I used to feel very dull and sleepy. Within a couple of days of using this product I felt more energized. Even for using just 20-30 minutes of a day in a week, u feel more rejuvenate, relaxed, de-stress and joyous, I felt better sleep patterns in a week. I don`t see any room for improvement in the product. I feel the product is just perfect especially for people suffering from winter blues, insomnia.

I work in an office with no direct sunlight and live in the Northeast. I have also been diagnosed with SAD and lack of sunlight greatly affects my overall mood. I have been using the product for about 10 days now at the office and at home and find that it has enhanced my mood. It is small enough to fit on my desk without being obstructive. I have been using it on the lowest of three settings for about 30 minutes 3 times a day at the office. I find it especially helpful around 3:00 in the afternoon. It wakes me up without needing an afternoon cup of coffee and I think this has greatly enhanced my sleep cycle the past couple of weeks. When I first began using the product I would use it at home in the morning before leaving for work but now that I have been using it at work I find that I am sleeping better and no longer need the light at home, just in the office. As a mom of young kids, I was very excited to try out the Philips energy light. Everything that I used it, I noticed a considerable bump in my energy. I was more alert and able to think clearly on the days I sat in front of the light. It was also very easy to use and has three different brightness options. I could take it with me wherever I was sitting and would often use it when I was feeding one of the babies. I did receive this product for free in exchange for my review. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends who would like to experience more energy in their life!

I have received this energy light as a free sample in order to write this review. I received this light and I set it up at work. I work 11 hour days and am a mom on top of it. So I`m usually quite tired and dragging around some days. Every morning when I get in I turn the light on for about 20 minutes. First I thought it was crazy and a light wasnt going to affect me at all. But it really has helped quite a bit. I feel refreshed after using it. I feel less tired, and just in a better mood at work. I like that there`s 3 different brightness levels to choose from. It was very easy to put together. It doesn`t take up much room on my desk at all. I think something that would make it a little better is if it had a timer, but other than that this light really does work well. I noticed my mood at work changed quite a bit on the days that I did use it. So I would recommend this to someone whose mood changes during season, is tired frequently or just has depression in general. I think it`s nice that this light was created. I`m always searching for ways to help with my mood/depression without using medication. I was very impressed that this actually worked for me. I will continue to use this every day at work.

WOW! THis is a great `mood` light! I was sent this product to try out and then review and I think I am really going to enjoy using this now that the days are getting shorter! I have been using this in my windowless cubicle for the past week and I no longer get the mid afternoon sleepiness feeling that I used to get before using it! My co-workers are all intrigued! I love that it has multiple brightness settings and find that I only need the lowest setting brightness at this point! I`m sure that after several cloudy days this winter, I will adjust the brightness and I am thankful for this feature! I also love the compact size ; it looks like the size of an alarm clock.

I received this product to try for this review. I like that it is small and compact. The unit comes with three settings, I have used the lowest setting because the higher ones are a bit distracting to my co workers who sit around me. I was skeptical at first if this would work and it actually does. I do feel a jump in energy after using it. Who knows, maybe it`s a placebo effect but it does work for me. I just plug it in, set a timer and put it in my peripheral view, Philips recommends you do not look directly at it for a long time. Since it is late summer/early fall, I think the benefits of this energy light will be greater when winter comes and we see less sunlight. Only thing I would change would be having a timer or a rechargeable unit, those are available for consumers when I did a quick online search. It wasn`t difficult to plug in and set a timer on my phone. But if you like convenience, buy the model with the timer and rechargeable capability. Only thing I would improve is when I use the unit above my waistline and I angle it down so it is not shinning above head. Philips recommends you keep at waistline and then it shines into your face. When I angle it too much to get the maximum light to my eyes the stand snaps closed, not a huge issue but can be improved. Overall I like the product. I can see many individuals, especially those who have been diagnosed, benefiting from this.
