[Employee of philipsglobal] I've been using this product since 2012 and it has never let me down! I suggest not using it on arms and legs since my hair is a bit thin but it is very effective in the bikini area (even as low into the labia), butt, and armpit region. It always rips out the thick hair quickly and my hair grows back thinner and lighter. I have recommended this product to all my friends male and female!

Simple & quick to use. The original Epi-Lady brand from Israel caused ingrown hairs, but this does NOT. The design is great for a hand-held device - fits your hand, not the machine that manufactured it.

Yes, it hurts the first time you do it. But after that, if you take a quick swipe at your area every day or two, after the first ugly session, the upkeep is pretty much painless, and you will be mostly soft and stubble-free. I do still hit the area with a razor every couple of days just to make sure I get everything, but this product greatly reduces the stubbly feel and look of my bikini area. Also, the charge lasts FOREVER! I keep it in the drawer, use it daily, and rarely ever charge it (like, every couple of weeks). And I love the feature that it stops charging when the battery is fully charged again.

It works good but takes many passes and it does NOT grab fine hair. Pretty much need to use it every day. Also is not easy to use on your knees.

Hurts a bit but after you use it more than once it's great. Leaves skin so smooth!

I changed it over night like the instructions recommended. I used it twice and it stopped working after that. the red charge light just come on and stay on it. there was nothing I could do to shut it off and now the battery is completely dead and it will not recharge.
