Much better than other products the same size. I bought this to replace a cheap model I purchased last summer. Wish I had bought this one in the first place!

I purchased the air flosser mainly, the toothbrush was an added plus the fact that it used the same charger as my current sonicare was another benefit. I read the description thoroughly and reviews and decided to go ahead with the purchase. When I received the box clearly states removes 3x more plaque. I started using it and was a little shocked at the blood I thought it would improve I continued using hoping at minimum the plaque buildup would be reduced as advertised. I went to the dentist this week and found it was not reduced by 3x or at all and in fact I had increased plaque build up I brush and floss twice daily this was to help with the tight spots it didn't. I am greatly disappointed and saddened by Sonicares false advertisement followed by their refusal to back their product in a timely manner, meaning I either fork over more money right away for a decent water pik or wait months for the refund to purchase one.
