Philips SonicareAirFloss Pro/Ultra - Interdental cleaner

Before I started chemotherapy, I was told I’d have to keep my mouth immaculate in order to prevent infections and irritation in my gums. I already own a Sonicare toothbrush, which I love, but sometimes I don’t have time or I’m too tired to floss as I should. So, I bought the Airfloss Ultra. It works great! My mouth feels immaculately clean after I use it and my Sonicare. I would use mostly water and a little mouthwash in the Airfloss reservoir. The reservoir is tiny but I’d only have to refill it once to do a thorough job. Just the first fill would be enough for a fast cleaning. I open the reservoir door and take off the nozzle, rinse it, and store it in a case that allows air flow. (It’s actually a zip-up sunglasses case that my husband no longer uses. It would have been nice if Philips included a case that would allow enough airflow for the unit to dry between uses.) I thought I’d lost my Airfloss after I spent the night in a hospital, and I was crushed that I could not buy another one! I bought a cordless Waterpik but it was awful. The spray was not powerful enough to clean well, and the water reservoir (much larger than the one in the Airfloss) ran out so quickly, I’d have done less than 1/4 of my mouth. Ugh! Thank goodness I found my Airfloss! It had gotten mixed up with paperwork the hospital gave me, and put in a file box! Please bring it back in case I do lose it or it stops working!

I turned my life-long gingivitis around in just a few weeks. My hygienist can't believe the change in my teeth and gums between appointments. I am not seeing this item available anywhere. PLEASE tell me this item is not being discontinued. I started using this device about 2-3 years ago and NOTHING else cleans my teeth and gums like this device.

The AirFloss does a great job of removing food particles from between the teeth. The AirFloss is easy to use.

Due to some long standing tooth loss I have some deep pockets that collect food bits that are very difficult to remove with conventional flossing. Since using my Sonicare Air Flosser, this is no longer a problem. Its amazing how easily I am able to extract trapped food from between my teeth. I am impressed.

With periodontal issues, this is a MUST have. Wish I had this product years ago.

Toothpicks were replaced by floss.. floss was replaced by dental picks.. and dental picks need to move over cuz there’s a new sheriff in town! After having half of my mouth bridged due to an extreme injury I had given up on problem foods until I was given my first pro flosser, which I fell in love with and literally wore it out after several years of constant usage. Am thrilled with my new replacement and feel very fortunate that technology offers such a great option for someone like me that opens the world of all foods back up to consumption without worrying about something getting stuck. It is a pleasure to have a super clean mouth after using this every time! Thank you Phillips Sonicare for making it so quick and easy

I have been using the sonic care flosser for at least 10 years. A great alternative to flossing or in conjunction with flossing keeps your teeth and gums free of bacteria and debris that can lead to gum disease

I have been very happy with the product although this is my 3rd one. The other 2 failed but were cheerfully replaced with a full warranty coverage. My dentist always remarks how little buildup of tartar these is between cleanings and highly recommends I continue using the flosser.
