Keeps you from scrubbing the enamel off of your teeth. Holds the charge well.
Cons
Heads are a bit costly. I was paying monthly, but since this program was stopped I'm now paying for 6 heads at a time.

Harder than expected.
The brush heads are good quality, however the expectation & experience using the heads is slight harder than expected. I believe there is a softer version. Hoping to get these exchanged.
